Santiago Capital DAC is a Special Purpose Vehicle established to lend corporate borrowers and make investments. We do not provide a service to personal borrowers.

We are not a bank and we are not authorised or regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. We do not provide investment or financial advice of any nature.

Our clients are responsible for assessing the suitability of our service for them and for obtaining their own legal, investment and financial advice.

In order to comply with anti-money laundering requirements we carry out due diligence on all of our clients. We will not make or receive third party payments.

As Santiago Capital is not a regulated entity we are not members of any statutory investor compensation scheme.

We provide data to the Central Bank of Ireland for statistical and credit register reporting.
